Travellers Invited to Come ‘Say Hello to Barbados!’

Bridgetown, Barbados, 17th January 2025 – In a move to bolster visitor arrivals during this year’s summer season, the Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI) has announced the launch of “Say Hello to Barbados”, which highlights the island’s unique values as a destination, and invites travellers to explore the range of experiences available in Barbados.

“In seeking to drive business for the summer of 2025, BTMI has introduced an enticing summer campaign featuring exceptional deals on the destination”. says BTMI’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Andrea Franklin. “This year we are thrilled to partner with our local tourism partners on this new campaign which will spotlight the variety of hotels and activities on offer in Barbados during the summer months and shoulder periods, as we aim to attract more visitors to the island and encourage longer stays and trip extensions.”

Say Hello to Barbados Campaign

The “Say Hello to Barbados” campaign will offer travellers fantastic discounts of up to 65% on select accommodations and an array of attractions and activities across the island, allowing them to experience so much more beyond the traditional sun, sea and sand.

Additionally, as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean, visitors will get the amazing opportunity to fully indulge in the vibrant culinary scene of Barbados through curated specials and exclusive menu offers from participating restaurants.

Interested travellers are asked to note that the booking window runs until February 28th, 2025, with a travel window of May 1st, 2025, to October 31st, 2025. A two-week blackout period will be in effect during the Crop Over Festival.

Special incentives are also on offer to travel agents as part of the “Say Hello to Barbados” promotion. Agents who log bookings on the Barbados Elite Club platform during the campaign’s booking and travel windows, will earn double points.
