Meet the Media 2025
On February 10th, we hosted our largest-ever Meet the Media, with over 1,000 meetings taking place throughout the day!
One of the standout features was the Visit Portugal activation, which brought a taste of Portugal to Dublin. From the Azouro Portuguese food demo to the wine reception, guests experienced authentic flavors, with Pasteis de Nata from Pastelaria Lisboa as a sweet highlight. The art installation and chill-out area provided a creative and relaxing space to unwind between meetings.
A massive thank you to Carlos from Visit Portugal for his incredible support and to Stephen from Azouro for showcasing the best of Portuguese cuisine!
Sunday Social
The day before Meet the Media, Sophie and Kia took a group of suppliers and media on an unforgettable day out.
The morning was spent at Newbridge Silverware, where the group enjoyed the factory tour, explored the Museum of Style Icons, indulged in signature afternoon tea, and received a Newbridge Silverware St. Brigid’s Cross to take home.
In the afternoon Michael, Colm and the group joined Gerry Mullins and Laura Fitzachary’s Walking Tour of Dublin, discovering hidden gems such as the Relics of St. Valentine, The Gaiety Theatre, St. Stephen’s Green, The Little Museum of Dublin, and the historic Constitution Room at the Shelbourne Hotel.
The day wrapped up at Grogan’s Bar, where everyone enjoyed pints, toasties, and great conversation. Huge thanks to Gerry and Laura for sharing Dublin’s incredible stories!

The Meet the Media Afterparty – A Night to Remember!
Sponsored by Costa del Sol, this was the biggest Meet the Media afterparty yet, hosted at Opium. Guests were treated to a vibrant Spanish-themed celebration featuring flamenco dancers, Spanish guitar, jamón ibérico, sangria, and delicious bites.
A massive thank you to Natalia Bóveda and the Costa del Sol team for bringing the spirit of Spain to Dublin!
Barbados Retreat
Michael traveled to the UK for BTMI’s annual retreat, brainstorming and planning exciting new initiatives for the year ahead.
TTR Spring Roadshow
The TTR Spring Roadshow kicked off in Belfast before heading to Athlone and Waterford. Fifteen suppliers joined Susan, Michael, Colm, and Sophie, meeting with travel agents and giving away fantastic prizes each night.
Michael and Colm also represented Bradley International Airport throughout the roadshow, strengthening connections with the trade.
Aisling’s Hen Party!
Darragh spent a weekend in Carrick-on-Shannon, celebrating their sister Aisling’s hen party. Wishing Aisling all the best for her wedding in April!
