Another American Thanksgiving tradition is the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. People flock in their droves to New York City to be a part of the tradition where revellers can watch numerous floats and entertainers make their way through the bustling streets.

Thanksgiving Day is also followed by a crazy day of bagging bargains with “Black Friday” taking place on the day after. This is a major shopping day which sees people all over the world grabbing discount products as retailers slash prices.
